Hello everyone. I'm John Shaffer. I'm a performance improvement consultant and I am passionate about individual and organizational performance improvement. This is my company website.
The About page contains information about the work I do. The Consulting page gives examples of how I can help with Instructional Systems Design. It also lists several Seminars and Workshops I offer.
The Learning Library tab links to a Learning Management System (LMS) I developed using Moodle. Moodle is an Open Source program used for LMSs. My Learning Library presents a very basic view of how an LMS can be used along with Instructor-Led Training (ILT) as part of a blended learning solution.
